Gabrielle Vita

Originally from Fredericksburg, Virginia, Gabrielle holds a bachelor's degree in forensic science from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her passion for color guard began at the age of 12, performing with a local winter guard led by her mother. After high school, she continued her performance career with renowned ensembles including Teal Sound (2007), Jersey Surf (2008–2010), Black Watch Color Guard (2011), and The Cadets (2011).

With over 13 years of experience as a dedicated color guard educator, Gabrielle has worked with a diverse range of high school and independent programs. Her teaching career includes Daviess County HS (2013–2019), Eklipse (2015), James E. Taylor HS  (2019–2022), Origins Open (2020–2024) and Cy-Fair HS (2025). Now based in Houston, Texas, Gabrielle continues to share her passion for the activity while working as a laboratory technician in the chemical manufacturing industry.
