Jennifer Randolph

Jennifer is a dedicated Senior Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator for the Departments of

Surgery and Neurosurgery at the University of Missouri. With a Master of Science in Nursing,

she combines her clinical expertise with a passion for advancing medical research and patient

care.

In addition to her nursing career, Jennifer serves as the Color Guard Director at Hickman High

School in Columbia, MO and Event Staff for Drum Corps International (DCI). With over 16 years

of experience as a color guard director and working with local color guards, she has

successfully managed both independent and scholastic winter guard programs for the past 12

years, including Esprit de Corps, Amethyst Independent, and Hickman High School. Under her

guidance, these ensembles have performed across the Midwest and actively competed in

prestigious circuits such as Bands of America (BOA), Mid Continent Color Guard Association

(MCCGA), Iowa Indoor Marching Arts (IIMA), and Winter Guard International (WGI).

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her

significant other, Jeff, with whom she has shared nearly 20 years. They are proud pet parents to

three fur babies: Dexter, Cooper, and Nova. In her free time, she loves reading, crafting,

traveling, and spending quality time with friends.

Jennifer’s diverse skill set and commitment to excellence make her a remarkable leader both in

the medical field and the marching arts community.
