Dale Antoine

In 1970, Dale became a member of the Jets Drum and Bugle Corps (the cadet corps to the Sky Ryders®), and in 1971 he joined the Sky Ryders and marched through 1978 in the brass line playing baritone.

In 1979 and 1980, Dale was a member of the corps visual staff. After several years away from the drum corps, Dale returned as the corps Business Manager. In spring of 1986, Dale became the Executive Director of the Sky Ryders. The corps achieved its greatest competitive success during these years, placing 9th in 1986 and 12th in both 1987 and 1988 at the DCI World Championships.


Dale left the activity in spring of 1989 and then returned in 1996 as a member of the DCI Event Staff. He currently serves as a DCI Contest Director, Event Staff Coordinator, and On-Site Manager for DCI Championships and many of the major regional championships.

Dale lives in Kaukauna, Wisconsin with his wife Kelli (Kampschroer) and has two adult children.
